IO Interactiveis seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.
As we continue to develop these projects, we require a Systems Integration and BI Specialistto support our teams across all studios, ensuring that our development processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your Mission: As our Systems Integration and BI Specialist, you'll take charge of establishing, developing, and maintaining our new data lake and corresponding BI platform for business relevant data and insights. The project is highly critical to IO Interactive's operations, and you will be supported by talented co-workers throughout.
Your expertise in systems integration and BI analysis will be crucial for establishing the data-driven insights that will drive our future decision-making processes. Your understanding of API integrations, data lakes, data cleansing, data analysis and dashboarding will be vital to leading IOI's new Business Intelligence efforts. Working in Microsoft Fabric and establishing business critical reporting for various departments will be a significant part of your day-to-day journey. Collaborating with our studio's departments, you'll address data and insight needs effectively. Staying ahead of digital trends within the gaming industry and applying this insight to our business intelligence processes will be part of your mission. Having the grand overview of our most essential internal and external systems and using it to assist our strong business-oriented teams with strategic decision-making, will be an essential part of your role. You are: An experienced individual with at least 5 years in Systems integration and Business Intelligence, ideally within the gaming or tech industry. A proven expert in data lakes, API configuration, and BI analysis. Preferably within Microsoft Fabrics and PowerBI. Later, you are likely to be working with the establishment of IOI specific Co-pilots. Skilled in understanding business needs, identifying relevant data and translating these into accessible reports and dashboards. An independent, proactive worker with a keen eye for detail. A confident decision-maker with strong communication and collaboration skills. You have a university degree, preferably in data science, computer science, information systems, software engineering, statistics, applied mathematics or another relevant field.
