Desde Big Fish nos encontramos seleccionando para uno de nuestros clientes, empresa internacional de retail del sector hogar, un Store Manager.Buscamos a una persona resolutiva, con dotes de liderazgo, orientación al cliente y atención al detalle, que tenga ganas dar un impulso a su carrera en el sector retail.Te incorporarás a la empresa con un contrato de interinidad aproximadamente de 1 año y luego pasarás a indefinido, en turnos rotativos (mañana - tarde).Como Store Manager serás la mano derecha del District Manager y llevarás a cabo la gestión integral de la tienda y almacén en todo lo referente a la misma. Es muy importante que anteriormente hayas gestionado equipos y te guste el trato cercano con las personas ya que serás el apoyo del equipo de ventas para alcanzar los máximos estándares de atención al cliente y presentación de tienda, contribuyendo así a la competitividad de la empresa.Tus funciones serán gestionar un equipo con un alto volumen de personas (horarios, vacaciones, motivación, formación, selección de personal, etc.), la gestión completa de la tienda (control de stocks, inventarios, tienda preparada, preparación de campañas, etc.) así como la optimización de procesos, análisis de ventas y kpi's y planes de mejora.Es necesario que tengas carnet de conducir y coche propio y disponibilidad para formación en otra tienda/provincia durante un periodo de tiempo, lo que te permitirá empaparte de nuestra cultura y conocer con mayor precisión las funciones a desempeñar y te harán triunfar en el puesto.Formarás parte de un equipo en una empresa consolidada en pleno proceso de expansión y crecimiento con una cultura enriquecedora y un ambiente motivador con:- Contrato indefinido a jornada completa- Retribución atractiva compuesta por un fijo + variable = hasta 30k- Descuentos especiales- Seguro médico- Formación continua y posibilidades reales de progresión profesional en una clara apuesta por el crecimiento y la promoción interna- Experiência demostrable de al menos 4 años en gestión de equipos de venta.- Estudios de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio.- Disponibilidad completa para realizar horarios rotativos.- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, aplicaciones de correo, internet)- Capacidad de análisis de indicadores de venta y funcionamiento general de un comercio.- Como empresa internacional, valoraremos el conocimiento de idiomas como el inglés, el alemán o el francés.
