Nuestro cliente, importante multinacional fabricante de maquinaria industrial, situada en el Valles Occidental, precisa incorporar: SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Dependiendo del General Manager, su misión será la de responsabilizarse de la gestión y dirección del departamento con la finalidad de realizar los procedimientos administrativos necesarios en la relación comercial con clientes para garantizar el correcto flujo documental, logístico y financiero vinculado a la operativa de negocio.
FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES: Facturar y expedir según objetivos fijados en el presupuesto y según requerimientos acordados en los contratos de venta firmados, añadiendo el máximo valor para dar un buen servicio a nuestros clientes.
Realizar el seguimiento del proyecto durante el ciclo de vida de un proyecto (change requests, cambios de fechas, cambios ID del proyecto, etc.).
Asegurar que el proceso de facturación se realiza de forma correcta (precios, comisiones, etc.
), supervisando la facturación de los proyectos (máquinas, repuestos, retrofits, servicios...) que se ajusten a objetivos de presupuesto y necesidades de los nuestros clientes.
Supervisar la expedición/exportación de proyectos en cumplimiento de la normativa legal de comercio internacional.
Coordinarse con otros departamentos para asegurar la correcta expedición de las máquinas en las fechas previstas.
Negociar servicios de transporte, garantías bancarias, cartas de crédito, carnets ATA, etc., con entidades externas y realizar la coordinación interna entre departamentos.
Realizar las previsiones de cobros.
Realizar el seguimiento de cobros interactuando con los clientes y departamentos internos implicados.
Resolver las incidencias surgidas durante todo el proceso: con clientes, aduanas, transitarios, hacienda, auditores, etc.
relacionadas con la gestión documental y administrativa de las exportaciones y fijar procesos de mejora continua.
Realizar informes para la Dirección relacionados con Administración: facturación prevista, pedidos recibidos, etc.
Creación, seguimiento y supervisión de los presupuestos anuales establecidos por el Departamento.
Gestionar, coordinar y motivar al personal a cargo para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Responsabilizarse de la gestión del cambio y transmisión de la cultura y de los valores de la empresa acompañado a las personas a lo largo del proceso de adaptación.
SE REQUIERE: Grado en ADE, Económicas, Empresariales o CFGS Comercio Internacional o estudios relacionados.
Valorable formación complementaria en Comercio Internacional.
Experiencia realizando las funciones descritas en entorno multinacional, valorando especialmente un entorno industrial orientado a proyectos.
Experiencia en la gestión y dirección de equipos.
Importante experiencia en gestión y documentación aduanera y de exportación.
Inglés minimo B2 tanto oral como escrito.
(First Certificate).
Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de personas, orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
