Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at REEVO, an up-and-coming game development company in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our iGaming products and engage our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various online and offline marketing channels.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our iGaming products and services.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong, positive brand image in the iGaming industry.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI while controlling costs.Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and other key stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the iGaming industry.In-depth knowledge of iGaming trends, market dynamics, and preferably also affiliate marketing.Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and channels.Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and SEO platforms.Grow the brand awareness of the company within the iGaming spaceNew customer acquisition via ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotionsExploring new advertising opportunitiesConduct and interpretation of industry specific market analysesAssist in the organization of the promotional events and logisticsManage the content and PR on the company's website and the social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channelsProvide creative ideas for content marketingSeeking PR and interview opportunities for the stakeholders in the companyAcquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to dateResponsible for the localization of marketing and sales materials including website content, brochures, presentations, digital banners, videos and any marketing assets that is aligned to the highest quality of the company brand requirementsWork with the Sales Team to craft compelling sales collateral that communicates the unique value proposition, engages prospects and helps close dealsAnalytical, project management, and leadership skills.Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Extensive understanding of operators and players needs, and/or network of affiliates/streamers will be considered a plusA passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the iGaming target audience.Certification in marketing or related fields is a plus.Knowledge of multiple languages can be an advantage for targeting international markets.Willingness and experience to work in small teams and when getting things done, creativity, flexibility, and innovation are keysStrong negotiation skills and an analytic personalityResult-oriented, proactive and precise working attitudeReporting to Head of SalesIf you're looking for a dynamic role in the iGaming industry where you can shape marketing strategies and drive growth in a rapidly evolving field, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with REEVO.
