Importante empresa dedicada a la óptica y al e-commerce en la provincia de Tarragona busca un/a Director/a de Desarrollo y Marketing E-commerce. Este rol clave implicará liderar el crecimiento de ventas y márgenes de beneficio, trabajando directamente con los fundadores y gestionando estrategias de marketing digital.

Tus principales funciones serán:
- Identificarás oportunidades en nuevos mercados y crearás estrategias que maximicen tanto la captación como la retención de clientes
- Data-driven decisions: usarás análisis profundo y experimentación (pruebas A/B, CRO) para optimizar nuestros embudos de conversión y mejorar cada paso del customer journey.
- Estrategias disruptivas: implementarás acciones de upselling y cross-selling que incrementen significativamente el valor de cada cliente
- Benchmarking y análisis competitivo
- Gestión completa de marketing digital: desde SEO, SEM, campañas en redes sociales, email marketing, hasta influencers, liderarás todas las estrategias en múltiples canales
- Colaboración con el equipo: trabajarás directamente con marketing, producto y los fundadores para ejecutar proyectos ambiciosos.
