Sourcing Manager for Cabinet Components Nacelle (m/f/d)REQUISITION ID: 7647LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192DEPARTMENT: SourcingYOUR TASKS:Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers for electrical system category in Global Sourcing NacelleCoordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chainDevelop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholdersMaster supply chain transformation to new geographic footprints (EU, BRAZIL, INDIA, CHINA)Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in classNegotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE)Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and InnovationEnsure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier levelParticipate in internal WorkStreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.)YOUR PROFILE:A relevant university degree3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management in wind sector and / or comparable industry on international scaleExperience in electrical cabinet materials and bigger electrical / power transmission commoditiesStrong negotiation skills, end-to-end mindset with solid business understanding and sound judgementStructured, systematic and transparent approach to business processesStrong ownership, service-orientation and independent way of workingPragmatism and ability to quickly adapt to new / changing situationsExcellent communication skills with people of various cultural backgroundsNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
