.Job TitleSenior Change Management LeadSummary:The Change Management Lead will oversee the design and implementation of strategies to support the adoption of new initiatives within the Hospitality Business Unit (BU). This role provides structured guidance and collaborative support to leaders and team members through organizational transitions, communicating transformation benefits and impacts effectively to all stakeholders.
