).Regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams and identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.Work on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize systems, all with an eye towards enhancing the customer experience.A Day in the Life As an Amazon Operations IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the industry's brightest engineers who innovate every day on behalf of our customers.
You will be matched to a local IT supervisor where you are based and a mentor.
You will work together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network.
