Senior Digital Data Analyst – Impulsa el Crecimiento de un SaaS Ecommerce (45K-50K)Si te apasiona el análisis de datos en entornos digitales, trabajas bien en entornos dinámicos y ágiles, y quieres formar parte de un proyecto con impacto real en el negocio, sigue leyendo.Desde Akuaro, buscamos un Senior Digital Data Analyst para un SaaS de generación de leads, donde los usuarios pueden realizar búsquedas por keywords y obtener "perfiles" en diferentes redes sociales, tales como: LinkedIn, Instagram, entre otros... En este rol, serás clave en la estrategia de datos, ayudando a optimizar la conversión, el rendimiento y la toma de decisiones en la plataforma.Gestionar y analizar los datos de la plataforma para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio.Configurar y optimizar Looker Studio, Google Analytics y Google Tag Manager para medir KPIs clave.Trabajar en producto analytics y colaborar en la definición de A/B Testing.Integrar y analizar datos de herramientas como Active Campaign (CRM) y WooCommerce.Priorizar y traducir necesidades estratégicas en soluciones analíticas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.Experiencia senior en análisis de datos en entornos ecommerce o SaaS.Dominio de Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager y plataformas publicitarias como Google Ads y Meta Ads.Conocimientos en MySQL y AWS (nivel básico).Experiencia en gestión de CRMs como Active Campaign.Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos y trabajar en entornos ágiles.Nivel avanzado de inglés (idioma de trabajo).Valorable: conocimientos en Python, Tableau o experiencia con WooCommerce.CondicionesSalario: 45K - 50K.Proyecto en crecimiento donde los datos tienen un impacto directo en la estrategia del negocio.Cultura de trabajo horizontal, en contacto directo con el COO y otros equipos clave.Modelo híbrido en Barcelona: dos días a la semana en la oficina.Proceso de selección ágil:Test rápido con el hiring managerEntrevista con el equipoLlamada con el COOSi buscas un rol con autonomía, impacto real y enfoque data-driven, envíanos tu perfil o comparte con alguien que pueda estar interesado.
