**Descripción del puesto**

El puesto de Consultor Senior es una posición híbrida que abarca una serie de responsabilidades y forma parte de la función de "Entrega de soluciones de EMEA" siendo una contratación clave para el negocio. Este puesto se encuentra en la división de consultoría de Insight y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los principales clientes, centrándose en el diseño, entrega e instalación de soluciones tecnológicas de última generación con un enfoque en la oferta de Microsoft para el modern workplace (Entra, AD, AAD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, M365 Purview, M365 Security).

**Responsabilidades del puesto**
- Diseñar, construir y configurar soluciones para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, asegurándose de que cumplan o superen las expectativas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los especialistas en ventas de soluciones para presentar ofertas de soluciones inteligentes basadas en los requisitos específicos del cliente.
- Participar en talleres, reuniones y llamadas con clientes para proporcionar experiência técnica en relación con las propuestas de Insight, demostrando credibilidad e inspirando confianza con los clientes.
- Diseñar y configurar las soluciones de Insight de acuerdo con las solicitudes del cliente, mapeando requisitos y asegurando la configuración más adecuada.
- Crear declaraciones de trabajo en línea con las necesidades de configuración/personalización requeridas para cada cliente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el Consultor de Adopción y Cambio, asegurando la adopción final y el despliegue sin problemas de soluciones a los clientes, realizando los ajustes necesarios y proporcionando información técnica a los compañeros de equipo y clientes según sea necesario.
- Participar en actividades de intercambio de conocimientos según sea necesario, apoyando una cultura de intercambio y aprendizaje.
- Preparar y presentar demostraciones al cliente y proporcionar capacitación sobre este tema.
- Experiência probada en la entrega de soluciones de TI complejas (híbridas y basadas en la nube) en un entorno de consultoría y/o servicios gestionados.
- Experiência en roles de arquitectura, diseño y consultoría senior que involucren preventas, planificación y diseño de alcance.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con experiência previa en la gestión de partes interesadas tanto técnicas como no técnicas.
- Amplia experiência en tecnologías de infraestructura de Microsoft, incluyendo Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Hello.
- Amplia experiência trabajando con Azure (Azure AD, Azure Purview, DLP, AIP, Conditional Access, PIM, JIT).
- Implementación y optimización de seguridad de Microsoft 365.
- Excelencia en ambos entornos basados en Microsoft Exchange y Exchange Online y migraciones híbridas.
- Amplia experiência en migración de clientes/usuarios de M365 y Google a M365.
- Amplia experiência trabajando con herramientas de colaboración de Microsoft workplace, incluyendo SharePoint, M365, Teams, Power BI.
- Implementación de Microsoft Teams, incluyendo consultoría en la asignación de negocios, transformación y migración.
- Conocimiento y experiência en la implementación del ecosistema de productos de Microsoft Defender (Defender Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, Defender Cloud Apps, Defender P2).
- Experiência en manejo de múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo, con habilidades de planificación/organización y capacidad de adaptación al cambio.
- Experiência en la creación/entrega de documentación de proyectos precisa y concisa.
- Habilidades de liderazgo probadas, incluyendo mentoría/coaching y gestión de personas.
