Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una al equipo de People en nuestras oficinas de Madrid como Head of People.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
- Nómina y relaciones laborales
- Cálculo completo del proceso de nómina
- Tramitación de subvenciones, bonificaciones
- Proceso completo de contrataciones y rescisión laboral, incluyendo cálculo de indemnizaciones.

**Reporting**
- Diseñar y mantener cuadros de mando e informes de People para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Realizar análisis ad hoc de las métricas de People y generar insights
- Elaboración y seguimiento presupuestario
- Participación en los procesos de auditorías
- Compensación y Beneficios
- Realizar análisis retributivos: equidad interna y competitividad externa.
- Fijación y liquidación de objetivos
- Administrar y gestionar los programas de beneficios y retribución flexible de Civitatis.

**¿Te sumas ?**

Requisitos mínimos
- Formación preferentemente en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho Laboral y áreas equivalentes.
- Conocimientos y experiência contrastada en nómina, legislación y convenios.
- Experiência en utilización de: Contrat(at)/ CERTIFIC(at) / Delt(at)/ Siltr(at)/ sistema red. Experiência en A3 NOM.
- Se valorará positivamente experiência en Factorial y Bizneo
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posición similar en departamento de People.
- Capacidad comunicativa y de análisis.
- Persona proactiva, organizada y resolutiva.
- Inglés B2-C1.
