Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) CRM specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team for an ambitious global CRM integration project.
This role involves aligning and merging two existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms into a unified solution that supports approximately 5,000 users worldwide.

You will play a key role in defining frameworks, processes, and solutions that meet organizational needs and enable seamless integration.

This role is part of a major CRM integration project following the merger of two leading organizations in the fields of nutrition, health, and well-being.
The successful candidate will contribute to aligning processes and creating a robust CRM framework to support the organization's global operations.
What is this all about?

- Collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors to understand business needs and translate them into CRM requirements.

- Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment.

- Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of the unified Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

- Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools into the broader IT landscape, focusing on scalability and user adoption.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate clear communication and effective problem-solving.

- Provide expertise and guidance on CRM best practices, leveraging knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.

- Support change management and user training to ensure smooth transitions during implementation phases.
Qualifications Who are you?

- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM projects, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Proven track record in tool integration for large-scale projects in international organizations, ideally in the CRM domain.

Skills & Behaviours

- Understanding of CRM architecture and capabilities.

- A technical background, including SQL skills, is a strong plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Fluent English (required); French & Spanish is highly valued.
Primary locations: Geneva or Barcelona.

Remote work is possible, with flexibility for candidates with exceptional qualifications from other UE regions.
