You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Production Manager to be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, and Spain.In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze production lines from a technical and maintenance perspective ensuring continuous improvement.What will you do: Guarantee the implementation and follow-up of the Safety Requirements of Paulig.Act and live according to Paulig's values and leadership principles and actively promote and implement these throughout the entire organization (quality, factory, and Paulig meetings).Work to ensure people and resources are applied efficiently and effectively to meet the agreed requirements while achieving delivery, quality, environmental, and safety standards.Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities and the importance of achieving these.Undertake continuous training and development with teams.Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems to the Paulig way of working to guarantee quality product.Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for weekly production.Responsible for providing the necessary human resources based on Production Scheduling and check temporal staff welcome.Ensure that the escalation procedure for quality and delivery concerns is followed.Daily monitor changeover and/or line setup efficiency.Ensure full adherence to 5S.Maintain, improve, and train routines standards in all disciplines.Be visible in the production area and support and train members of the team.Lead team meetings with a structured agenda.Be responsible for team members.Be present and collaborate with external and internal audits.Coordinate daily tasks with maintenance supervisor.Support manager during staff selection and recruitment.What we expect from you: Experience of the manufacturing process.Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment.Catalan and English on an advanced level.Leadership & communication skills.Industrial Engineering or similar at college.High level of production knowledge.Experience in leading personnel.At Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
