Created to change the Headhunting and Recruitment approach, we want to improve the candidate experience and be close to the candidates and companies to find the best match.¿Eres un Consultor de Implementación en busca de nuevos desafíos?Seguí leyendo  Ubicación de la oficina: Madrid Responsabilidades:  Colaborar con los Arquitectos de Soluciones durante la fase de diseño en proyectos de implementación de complejidad media y alta.Liderar la fase de diseño de soluciones en proyectos de baja complejidad.Dirigir al equipo de consultores durante las fases de construcción, preparación para la producción, puesta en marcha y estabilización.Esta responsabilidad incluye la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de tareas de configuración, capacitación y pruebas.Capacitar y desarrollar a los consultores bajo su supervisión.Colaborar con los Gerentes de Proyectos en los procesos de gobernanza del proyecto (seguimiento y control del progreso, gestión de cambios, manejo de problemas, etc.).Contribuir al fortalecimiento de metodologías, procesos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.Requisitos Excluyentes:  Título universitario en carreras de IT (excepcionalmente en negocios como Ingeniería Industrial o Licenciatura en Administración con conocimientos técnicos).Experiencia en la implementación de software de gestión (TMS, WMS, ERP).Preferiblemente, experiencia en la implementación de soluciones (TMS, WMS, ERP) en empresas medianas.Preferencia por soluciones de TI para logística y operaciones (TMS, WMS, Mecalux).Requisitos Deseables:  Experiencia en la cadena de suministro:  Haber gestionado procesos de transporte y distribución.Haber liderado proyectos de consultoría logística en las áreas de transporte y distribución (lado consultoría).Experiencia en proyectos regionales.Experiencia en desarrollo de software.Nivel deseable en inglés.Conocimiento de JIRA u otras herramientas similares.Entrenamiento a clientes / brindar capacidad instalada.Manejo de equipos.5 años de experiencia en el rol.Reunir requerimientos técnicos de clientes.Habilidades Blandas:  Alta capacidad analítica.Orientación al servicio/ al cliente/ presentación / habilidades comunicacionales.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Proactividad.Autonomía.Enfoque en el cumplimiento de objetivos.Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.Compromiso y estabilidad laboral.Beneficios:   Seguro médico sin copago.Tarjeta Cobee.Posibilidad Gympass.Teletrabajo 1 día a la semana a partir del 6° mes.Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.¿Tienes curiosidad?POSTÚLATE hoyOur Core Values at Coach4expats ?
