¿Tienes más de 10 años de experiencia como P roject Manager I+D? Como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a P roject Manager I+D. FUNCIONES Y TAREAS Coordinar recursos internos y proveedores externos para ejecutar proyectos con éxito. Asegurar la entrega de proyectos dentro del alcance, tiempo y presupuesto establecidos. Definir el alcance y objetivos del proyecto, involucrando a todas las partes interesadas. Desarrollar y monitorizar un plan de proyecto para rastrear el progreso. Gestionar cambios en el alcance y cronograma, implementando técnicas de verificación. Identificar, rastrear, escalar y ayudar a resolver conflictos y problemas del proyecto. Medir el rendimiento del proyecto con las herramientas y técnicas adecuadas. Crear y mantener documentación completa del proyecto. Supervisión contable de cada proyecto y garantizar la viabilidad financiera. REQUISITOS Más de 10 años de experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos I+D y de desarrollo tecnológico, preferiblemente en sectores tecnológicos. Habilidades organizativas y analíticas, capaz de gestionar su propio trabajo y el de otros. Experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos. Gran atención al detalle, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y orientado a resultados. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, tanto en español como en inglés. Experiencia en relaciones con clientes, con la capacidad de entender y anticipar sus necesidades. Habilidades interpersonales bien desarrolladas, empatía y trabajo en equipo. Actitud proactiva, motivada y disciplinada. Espíritu emprendedor y disposición para aprender metodologías ágiles. Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo ágil (certificación Agile es una ventaja). Nivel de Inglés B2. ¿Qué ofrece la empresa? Contrato indefinido con salario competitivo acorde a la experiencia y el mercado. Jornada laboral de lunes a jueves con horario de 8:30 a 18:00h y viernes de 9:00 h a 15:00 h. Seguro médico. Plan de conciliación laboral y familiar. Formación continua.
