Main tasks and responsibilities:Promoting open job positions through multiple channelsScreening and interviewing candidatesProviding timely updates to hiring managersSupporting candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintaining a robust pipeline of candidatesOur ideal candidate is:A self-starter with a proven track record in recruitmentExperience in using recruitment software and job boardsStrong screening and interviewing skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentRequired skills:Fluent English language skillsExcellent communication and persuasion abilitiesStrong decision-making skillsOutstanding organizational skillsAttention to detailBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from anywhereCompetitive payContinued learning and developmentLocation:This is a remote role so you can be located anywhere in Europe.
