Se trata de una compañía muy reconocida que ofrece estabilidad y posibilidades de desarrollo de carrera.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa como STORE MANAGER en el ámbito de la moda/retail.- Habilidades de liderazgo, experiência demostrable en gestión de equipos.- Gran orientación comercial, habilidades comunicativas y pasión por el trato directo con cliente.- Orientación al logro, compromiso y experiência trabajando bajo KPIs- Inglés o italiano elevado.Funciones:- Asegurar el logro de los objetivos asignados por la dirección comercial/Retail en términos de cantidad (budget, facturación y rentabilidad) y calidad (estilo de servicio, filosofía de la marca y estándares de la compañía).- Garantizar la correcta gestión, evaluación, crecimiento, y desarrollo de los recursos de la tienda- Supervisar la gestión comercial del producto en la tienda en consonancia con la imagen de la marca y con los objetivos comerciales que deben alcanzarse.- Promover la motivación y cooperación en el punto de venta asignando responsabilidades y funciones al personal.- Asegurar que los proyectos sobre el producto y/o especiales y las iniciativas sobre el punto de venta se desarrollen en consonancia con las directrices de la empresa.Se ofrece:- Contrato indefinido directamente con la firma.- Formación a nível internacional y posibilidades de crecimiento.- Jornada completa y condiciones de trabajo.- Trabajo dentro de un excelente equipo humano.**Venta al por menor - Moda y Lujo**:**Venta al por menor - Moda y Lujo**:**57821**:**San Sebastián de los Reyes - Madrid**:
