Somos una plataforma agritech con certificación B Corp, que ofrecemos una alternativa transparente y sostenible para luchar contra el desperdicio de alimentos, a través de la creación de un canal de venta directa entre productores agrícolas y consumidores finales .Actualmente estamos buscando a una persona que se una a nuestro equipo de Farmer Hunting como Junior Agricultural Engineer. Su misión será dar soporte al equipo técnico y comercial que gestiona y desarrolla los proyectos de nuestros agricultores principalmente en el área mediterránea. El puesto estará basado en Andalucía occidental (Sevilla/Córdoba/Huelva).¿A qué se dedica un Junior Agricultural Engineeren CrowdFarming? Recopilar documentación de nuestros productores para mantener actualizada nuestra base de datos. Revisar y crear contratos para los agricultores. Seguimiento del proceso de renovación de los contratos para los proyectos publicados. Seguimiento de la evolución de cada proyecto a nivel de ventas e incidencias. Participar en el OnBoarding de nuevos productores y acompañarlos durante el proceso de alta en la plataforma. Llevar a cabo tareas administrativas relacionadas con temas legales, financieros, logísticos o contables. De manera puntual, participar en visitas de campo o eventos con agricultores en los que se promocione la marca comercial CrowdFarming. Asesoramiento en general a productores en temas relativos a la colaboración con CrowdFarming. Tu perfil técnico: Tiene estudios relacionados con agricultura (Grado en Ingeniería agrícola, agrónoma o similar/ Máster en ingeniería agronómica) Ubicación en Andalucía Occidental. Estás dando tus primeros pasos en el mundo laboral y cuentas con 6 meses - 1 año de experiencia profesional realizando prácticas, becas... Buscas estar en contacto con el agricultor y tienes vocación comercial. Tienes interés por la agricultura ecológica, la sostenibilidad y el origen de los alimentos. Tienes interés por el mercado de exportación de frutas y verduras a Europa y a sus principales protagonistas. Tu perfil profesional: Eres una persona organizada y con habilidades para gestionar grandes volúmenes de información. Eres proactivo/a, eres tú el/la que da siempre el primer paso Eres autónomo en el desarrollo de tu trabajo una vez que tienes las directrices. Tienes vocación comercial y estás orientado a conseguir resultados. Eres capaz de generar confianza y de establecer nuevas relaciones a largo plazo con los productores. Eres perseverante y capaz de ir avanzando poco a poco hacia los objetivos. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Un contrato indefinido a tiempo completo con jornada intensiva los viernes y en verano. Trabajo remoto con 25€/mes para tus gastos recurrentes. Una ayuda anual de 250€ para apoyarte en cualquier formación que quieras hacer.
