**Descripción**:
Como Ingeniero de Bancos de Pruebas en PLD Space, tu misión es contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de bancos de pruebas que garanticen la realización de pruebas fiables y precisas de nuestros sistemas y componentes. Desempeñarás un papel crucial en el apoyo a los procesos de prueba y validación, garantizando así la calidad y el rendimiento globales de nuestros productos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales, incluidos los de diseño técnico, producción y control de calidad, para reunir requisitos y contribuir al diseño y desarrollo de bancos de pruebas.
- Ayudar en la implementación y configuración de los bancos de pruebas, incluida la instalación del equipo, la instrumentación y el software necesarios.
- Realizar pruebas funcionales y calibración de bancos de pruebas para garantizar capacidades de medición precisas y coherentes.
- Realizar pruebas en sistemas y componentes aeroespaciales utilizando los bancos de pruebas, siguiendo los procedimientos y protocolos establecidos.
- Colaborar con los ingenieros para localizar y resolver cualquier problema o mal funcionamiento relacionado con los bancos de pruebas.
- Mantener y actualizar la documentación relacionada con las configuraciones y procedimientos de los bancos de pruebas.
- Cumplir los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro durante las operaciones del banco de pruebas.
- Colaborar con proveedores y contratistas externos para la adquisición de los equipos, componentes y servicios necesarios relacionados con el desarrollo de los bancos de pruebas.
- Documentar todas las actividades de desarrollo del banco de pruebas, incluidos diseños, procedimientos, registros de mantenimiento e informes de incidentes.

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Licenciado en Ingeniería Mecánica o experiência demostrable en su lugar. Preferiblemente, titulación superior.
- 3 años de experiência técnica pertinente.
- Experiência demostrada en diseño de maquinaria industrial, hidráulica o líneas de fluidos y gases como agua, oxígeno líquido, queroseno, nitrógeno o helio.
- Familiaridad con los principios y metodologías de diseño de bancos de pruebas.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas eléctricos y electrónicos utilizados en los bancos de pruebas.
- Dominio de las herramientas de software y los lenguajes de programación utilizados habitualmente en la automatización y el control de los bancos de pruebas.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de medición y la instrumentación utilizadas en los procesos de ensayo y validación.
- Conocimientos básicos de los procesos y normas de aseguramiento de la calidad.
- Conocimientos en selección y aplicación de criterios y normas de diseño, materiales, resistencias y otras propiedades mecánicas, en función de las condiciones de carga, entorno de trabajo, etc.
- Alto grado de competencia en CAD y herramientas PDM.
- Software preferido: Siemens NX y Teamcenter.
- Conocimiento de los protocolos de seguridad, reglamentos y normas industriales aplicables a las operaciones de la plataforma de lanzamiento.
- Familiaridad con la evaluación de riesgos y las estrategias de mitigación en entornos de alto riesgo.
- Generación de documentación, incluidas guías de usuario, directrices y manuales de usuario para uso de clientes internos.
- Generar documentación para revisiones formales de desarrollo de programas.

- Adaptabilidad y voluntad de aprender y adquirir nuevas habilidades y conocimientos relacionados con la tecnología de los bancos de pruebas.
- Atención meticulosa a los detalles y compromiso con el mantenimiento de normas de alta calidad para la infraestructura de los bancos de pruebas.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones fundamentadas bajo presión y cumplir plazos ajustados en un entorno dinámico y desafiante.
- Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas para identificar y abordar los retos de los bancos de pruebas.
