Reports to: Head of Treasury Operations
Job Purpose
As part of the Treasury Operations Team in Madrid, your role will be responsible for all internal group treasury and Treasury Operations Team reporting requirements. You will deliver support for driving efficiency, stability, security, standardization, and innovation within the Treasury teams through developing automation solutions and maintaining them. You will act as the Business Analyst for the Treasury Operations Team, liaising with external IT providers when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain Treasury reports to ensure users can get the most out of those reports and work closely with the Operations team to identify improvement areas and look for solutions for the benefit of the wider team.
Key Accountabilities
Produce all internal reporting requirements for Group Treasury and Treasury Operations Team.
Develop and maintain a suite of reports for Group Treasury and Treasury Operations Team to ensure correctness, delivery timeliness, and automate where possible.
Maintain, support, and expand the Power BI dashboards within finance, including Working Capital dashboard, treasury metric dashboard, and other reporting requirements as needed.
Work closely with the Business Analyst – Treasury and Cash Collection to drive improvements in the way we utilize SAP ERP and other smaller ERPs to develop standard processes and standard analysis to allow efficient decision-making on treasury matters.

Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills are essential to gain the support and trust of users
Fluent written and spoken English
Expertise & knowledge
At least 3 years of working experience in Financial and/or Treasury reporting
Experience with financial modeling and analysis
Experience with management reports
Understanding of Finance/Treasury principles
Change management
Ability to translate business requirements to technical ones
Technology
High level of knowledge and skill in business analytical tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI and SQL fundamentals
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, IT2) is an advantage
Qualifications
Appropriate IT and Finance qualifications and experience
