You will also execute People Ops related processes to help everyone have a positive team member experience. Your responsibilities will include:Source and recruit top talent around the world, especially in the United States, Argentina, and SpainBe a culture champion influencing and motivating others across distributed locationsLead office management related activities for the Madrid officeBuild and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and Crossmint team membersMaintain precise, accurate candidate tracking with metrics while keeping stakeholders informed by providing regular updatesMove fast and work together across the organization to drive initiatives forward ("can do", "will do" attitude)Partner and collaborate with hiring managers, legal, and finance to execute internal process requirements with a high of accuracy and urgencyContribute to and maintain People Ops programs, playbooks, policies, and processesProvide support to team members related to internal policies and proceduresAbout You To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:2+ years of experience as a recruiter focused on both technical and business operations related positionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFlexible and adaptable as the business moves forward and priorities change is importantPassion for early stage companies with loose definitions and rapid changePeople oriented, strong intuition for connecting with others and building relationshipsDetail orientedAbility to think critically and proactively using strong judgmentAble to support United States based roles by working Eastern Time Zone (ET) hours periodically from approximately 7:00 am to 4:00 pmPreferred Experience We highly value candidates with the following experiences:Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and NFTsUnderstanding of Spanish employment and labor lawsExperience recruiting for United States based rolesExperience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) such as TeamtailorData driven and analyticalAutomation and scaling via tools like zapier, GPTs, etc.If you are passionate about our mission and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we invite you to join us in our mission at Crossmint.Unlimited, flexible PTOCompany laptop and allowance for any necessary home equipment.Daily stipend for commuting to the officeFree meals in the officeCompany-paid trips for annual off-sites and team bondingResults and delivery: Crossmint is a results oriented company.
