Let's get in touchWhat you'll be doing Managing Revolut's exposure to mortgage credit riskWorking with the Risk Modelling team to design, develop, and implement mortgage modelsManaging risk appetite through limit calibration and monitoringMaintaining key policies, procedures, and controlsEngaging with first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging mortgage credit risks, including new product risk assessmentsEngaging with key stakeholders, committees, and regional regulators on material mortgage credit risk exposures and limit governanceQuantifying risk exposures within the organisation, considering stakeholder impact where possibleProtecting the company from excessive risk-taking, saving on both short and long-term costs to the businessBuilding trust and reputation with our external stakeholdersIdentifying emerging risks that require immediate attention or could threaten the long-term viability of the companyWhat you'll need 3+ years of mortgage credit risk experience (not including wholesale/treasury experience)Knowledge of personal mortgages and collateral managementA solid understanding of European Retail Credit Regulations and retail credit risk modelling (PD/ECL)Nice to have A degree in STEM/Finance with a minimum 2:1/3
