Job Details: Strategy & Operations is an instrumental function for Salesforce EMEA South to drive profitable growth at scale, helping our senior leaders to drive the business as trusted advisors, setting best-in class operational processes, systems and tools from lead origination to deal closing, defining and implementing GTM models, owning cross-functional transformational projects end to end and inspiring change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments and clouds.
This PMO Manager role will be completing both owning & running pan-EMEA South projects and initiatives that are top of mind for the EMEA South CEO and EMEA South COO and providing EMEA South shared services to our regionally aligned business operations teams to drive simplification and standardisation. The Project Manager plays a significant role for our EMEA South wide projects, including project-managing G4G work streams, and is part of a lean Business Operations team in EMEA South.
The successful candidate will regularly brief executives, align to key partners for this region, work in a sophisticated environment, driving alignment and building cross functional relationships with sales and functional leaders (marketing, sales strategy, sales programs, enablement, business technology, etc.).
Scope: Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered timely and within scopeDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant collaborators and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and advance to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationSkills/Expertise Required: Demonstrable project management track record, having led cross-functional critical initiatives sponsored by senior leadership (e.g. go to market, talent development, M&A integration, etc.)Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projectsProven working experience as a project manager or consultantStrong networking, relationship-building and communication skillsStrong analytical, data science and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach, managing multiple projects and prioritising as scope and timelines changeExcellent presentation and collaborator engagement skillsSelf-motivated, organized, diligent, and resourcefulFluency in English is essential and an additional European language is a plusPMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusDesired Experience: Well-rounded Consulting, Business Operations, Project Management, Sales Strategy, Solution Engineering, or other proven experienceExperience working with Cloud Products/Platforms or within a sophisticated, fast-paced, high-tech environmentA degree or equivalent experience in business management, data science, project management or a related fieldTableau and Salesforce platform experience a plusAdditionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following: A reputation for unquestionable ethics and integrity; sets the tone from the top and demonstrates the highest level of integrity, authenticity, and transparencyHigh level of intellectual curiosity and self-awareness with low expressed egoCompany-first attitude, demonstrating a continuous focus on what is business relevant and can respond quicklyIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
