The Department is also responsible for Company Secretarial and Public Affairs duties.The Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department is now offering a full-time position to a legal/regulatory affairs professional who is a lawyer qualified in an EU jurisdiction and/or in possession of a law degree from an EU university.Responsibilities:Manage court and administrative proceedings, at both EU and national levels; Manage a range of regulatory issues; Review legal briefs, correspondence and position papers; Interact with and manageoutside counsel.Requirements:3+ years relevant experience working in a commercial environment; Experience in competition law; Excellent reasoning and drafting skills; Excellent organisationaland communication skills; The ability to learn quickly and show initiative; Fluency in English.The following, while not essential, will be an advantage:An LL.M in EU law; Knowledge of one of the major European languages in addition to English; Understanding of Economics and business; Understanding of the aviation industry.Benefits:#J-18808-Ljbffr
