We're looking someone with passion for influencing and fostering a positive culture and work environment.
- Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, taking responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain, including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes.
- Provide assistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolving queries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition, maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees' personal and sensitive information.
- Ensure that the company complies with the current labour laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
Función: Administrativo/a Requisitos: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- We're looking for someone resilient, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities.
- Knowledgeable in applicable regulations in Spain. Formación: Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Idiomas: Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese. 2 inscritos
