Latam Spanish Speaking Account Manager With Relocation To Athens, Greece

Cross Border Talents is looking for a LATAM Spanish speaking Account Manager for a leading global provider of top class customer experience with relocation to Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities: Be the primary resource for the sales teams and work as the key advisor; Help the salesteams to build, maintain and advance sales stages/pipeline and meeting the required opportunity closure ratio; Close DocumentCloud & Creative Cloud for Ent.
Deals on target accounts within a designated region & leads generated through the SMB team; Attain/overachieve the assigned targets through owning/closing sales deals; Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing net new solutions into accounts in the territory (inbound sales activities, including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers); Perform cold calling; Utilize your excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets; Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
Requirements: Prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels; Demonstrated ability in cold calling; Excellent customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service; Minimum of 1 year of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience); Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams; Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets; Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; English is required (B2), LATAM Spanish native; Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product (Tech savvy individual).
Benefits: Between 1560 to 1800 EUR x 14 gross salary per year (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas) 20% performance bonus (paid quarterly) Permanent and indefinite contract Permanent position with long-term growth opportunities within the company.

Working Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm (3 shifts - 9 to 17/ 10 to 18 / 11 to 19).
