After an induction program, her/his main mission will be dedicated to Train Design &** **Mechanical Engineering topics on rolling stock components**. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management), assess the cost of products all along the design & development cycles, and set relevant target cost and much more.You'll specifically take care of** performing technical and economical business cases and benchmarks by relevant cost analysis**, but also **challenging projects requirements and proposing new alternatives: technical, design, industrial, procurement.**We'll look to you for:- Support procurement negotiation by providing a should cost and share hypothesis in transparency- Put in place Design To Cost guidelines with technical and economical database.- Challenge internal technical requirements and contribute to set new standards.**All about you**We value passion and attitude over experience.
