Como Office Manager contribuirás al buen funcionamiento de la oficina, además de dar apoyo y soporte a la dirección y otras áreas de la empresa.Responsabilidades: Gestión de la recepción: recibir a las visitas, atención telefónica, paquetería y correspondencia.Mantenimiento de la oficina: supervisión del personal de limpieza, gestión de las reparaciones necesarias, control de stock y aprovisionamiento.Búsqueda y contratación de viajes y apoyo en la organización de eventos.Apoyo a la administración de la empresa: registro, gestión y seguimiento de cobros y proveedores; control y verificación de facturas; control y reembolso de gastos del personal; apoyo en la gestión delarchivo documental; apoyo a las labores de control y gestión de la contabilidad.Apoyo administrativo al área de RRHH en contrataciones y relaciones laborales.Soporte a la dirección de Sygris: apoyo a la gestión de agenda y coordinación de reuniones de los directores; preparación de documentación y materiales para realización de workshops y reuniones de área y generales.Requisitos: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar de Office Manager.Nivel avanzado de inglés [C1].Conocimientos de paquete Office (principalmente Excel y Word).Gran capacidad de organización y trabajo estructurado.Atención al detalle.Aptitudes sociales para empatizar con los interlocutores en un marco profesional.Habilidades de comunicación asertiva.Habilidades de uso de internet y redes sociales.La oportunidad de incorporarse a un proyecto de empresa sólido y en pleno crecimiento.Formación específica para las necesidades de su área.Participación en actividades deportivas patrocinadas por la compañía.Participación en sesiones plenarias y por equipos de innovación, Teambuilding y crecimiento personal.Por motivos de seguridad, no se permiten adjuntar archivos en este formulario.
