.JOB DESCRIPTIONPurpose of the positionThe Distribution Account Manager for Iberia region is expected to systemically and proactively drive sales of all company products, solutions and services portfolio in the targeted territory or market segment through consistent development of company partner channel.Lead implementation of go-to-market strategy, develop and implement local sales strategies aimed to increase dedicated partners sell-out and build sustainable competitive advantage on the market.Build new partnerships, represent company in industry events and marketing activities,foster internal collaboration around partner sales projects and targets.Facilitate sales operations with strategic customers through partner channel.Perform as Field Sales for dedicated Distribution Accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients, understand customer needs. Develop and maintain client relationships.Build sales projects pipeline for distribution accountsDevelop and implement partner policies and improve market offer for distribution partnersSupport of implementation of go-to-market strategy for targeted territory or market segmentsSupport improvement of internal processes for partner salesCooperate with account sales teams and business development to promote new solutions or improve key account relationsPromote company products, solutions and services for company partners and on open marketHold customer negotiations, prepare solutions, quotes, tendersPlan and execute new marketing initiatives.Support limited market research to improve market knowledge, plan and execute VOCsAttend conferences, meetings, and industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr
