Es posible que hayas oído hablar de los NFT: coleccionables digitales que la gente intercambia por cantidades absurdas de dinero en línea... pero los NFT son mucho más, son el estándar digital líder para representar la propiedad y se utilizan para casos de uso que van desde coleccionables digitales y de videojuegos hasta entradas, programas de fidelización e incluso barcos y casas.
El estándar se ha disparado y ahora lo utilizan muchas de las empresas y marcas líderes del mundo, como Mastercard, Red Bull, Air Baltic, Tomorrowland,... todas ellas clientes de Crossmint.
¿ Qué tiene esto que ver con ellos?
Pues bien, en Crossmint son expertos en hacer que los activos digitales sean accesibles para todos.
¿Cómo?
Tienen la plataforma líder para crear, custodiar y vender NFT, utilizando API REST y SDK de JS tradicionales y fáciles de usar.
Su objetivo es hacer que esta tecnología sea accesible para los developers sin ningún conocimiento previo sobre criptografía, así como para sus usuarios/as.
Permiten a cualquier persona crear, vender y distribuir NFT en minutos con sus API, carteras y acceso fiduciario sin necesidad de tener carteras o criptomonedas.
Ofrece herramientas para crear, distribuir y vender activos digitales, así como carteras con y sin custodia para almacenarlos.

Tu evolución Tu primer día En 1 mes Los primeros días tendrás tiempo para configurar tu entorno, hacer trainings diversos, etc.
Aquí las cosas van como la seda y, como confiarán en ti, desde la primera semana ya te habrán asignado alguna tarea de desarrollo y subida a producción.
Al acabar el primer mes, confían en que hayas lanzado varias cosas con impacto real tanto en usuarios como negocio.
Desarrollarás el software y la infraestructura necesaria para alcanzar los objetivos.
Resolverás problemas técnicos relacionados con la ingeniería de software back-end y el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario.
Crearás API en la arquitectura de su producto.
Contribuirás a las estrategias técnicas, la visión y la arquitectura.
Trabajarás en un entorno verdaderamente ágil, capaz de recopilar y comprender requisitos, proponer soluciones y construirlas.
Gestionarás el ciclo de vida de un extremo a otro.
Diseñarás y crearás software de alta calidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y mejora continua.
Garantizarás el mantenimiento y la automatización del producto mediante pruebas y calidad del código.
Realizarás un seguimiento de nuevas herramientas, métodos y arquitecturas relacionadas con el desarrollo.
Te unirás al equipo de " Developer Console ", que se encarga de desarrollar la plataforma en la que desarrolladores y empresas externas configuran los productos, realizan pagos, consultan estadísticas e incluso crean NFTs para sus propios productos.
Como Full-stack Engineer serás la persona que esté a cargo de la arquitectura, escalabilidad, diseño, desarrollo y usabilidad.
Su stack se basa en Node.js, React, Next.js en Vercel, TypeScript, Ethers.js, Solana (web3.js) MongoDB, AWS, Azure, Github Actions y Cypress para CI/CD.
No tienen un horario fijo , así que podrás organizarte el día como mejor te venga.
Son bastante flexibles y te darán todas las facilidades para que puedas amoldarte sin problema.
Día laborable Vacaciones Ilimitado Guardias Junto al resto del equipo formarás parte de un turno de guardia remunerado de 7 jornadas consecutivas de 12 horas.
La frecuencia de un turno suele ser cada seis a ocho semanas.
Presencial El equipo tiene un espacio en un coworking en Gran Vía de Madrid e intentan juntarse varios días a la semana.
Aunque en la oferta está estipulado como un 60% presencial y un 40% remoto, la realidad es que son mucho más flexibles, y se adaptan a las necesidades de cada uno/a.
Requisitos Que poseas un espíritu proactivo y emprendedor.
Tienen mucho interés por los hitos personales y profesionales de cada uno/a.
Están buscando el mindset de un perfil proveniente del ámbito académico, en concreto de Ingeniería Informática o una rama similar.
Un perfil Full-stack de manual, con un peso del 50% en el Back-end y el otro 50% en el Front.
B2-C1 de inglés .
Lo suficientemente fluido para que te sientas cómodo/a en un ambiente de trabajo dónde se habla en la lengua oficial de Shakespeare.
Los dejarías boquiabiertos si además tienes… Experiencia con blockchain (por ejemplo, Bitcoin, Ethereum y otras implementaciones) Experiencia con contratos inteligentes basados en Solana o EVM.
