**Sales Representative**:Empezar**Espere...****Fecha**:6 feb. 2024**Ubicación**: Barcelona, ES**Empresa**:AkzoNobel**Objetivo de la posición**:En dependencia de la figura de Sales Area Manager, el principal objetivo de esta posición será atraer, vender y fidelizar a los clientes del área geográfica asignada dentro del canal Especialista, de acuerdo con los estándares de servicio de calidad establecidos por la Dirección.**Principales funciones**:- Analizar mensualmente los resultados de su zona asignada y sus clientes clave.- Asesorar al cliente en los aspectos de negocio a fin de aumentar sus ventas y su fidelidad a la marca.- Aumentar la presencia del producto en el mercado a través de nuevas acciones.- Presentar y negociar acciones promocionales genéricas y específicas.- Captar nuevos clientes y fidelizar a los actuales.- Minimizar la deuda y gestionar conforme a la política de cobros.- Proponer anualmente el crecimiento y rentabilidad de la cuenta de resultados de su zona.- Visitar a los clientes de su zona de trabajo conforme a la planificación asignada.- Resolver posibles incidencias (producto/servicio).- Realizar el merchandising con el cliente.- Reportar mensualmente las novedades acaecidas en su ruta de venta (mercado, competencia, clientes, productos, etc.).- Desarrollar el Plan de Marketing de la Compañía, con promociones, cartelería y otras acciones contempladas.**Requisitos de la posición**:- Formación en Gestión Comercial o similar.- Valorable nível de inglés intermedio.- 2 años de experiência en ventas, estudios de mercado, (pinturas de decoración), manejo de presupuesto.- Muy valorable aportar conocimiento del producto/marca.- Conocimientos de SAP y MS Office.
