You will play a crucial role in supporting our regional sales team by providing technical expertise on our products and their applications.
Your responsibilities will include:Delivering first-line technical support to customers, primarily through in-person visits and occasionally remotely.Approving and assigning products to customer applications via samples or industrial orders.Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our products.Documenting client visits and internal tests with detailed reports within required deadlines.Keeping updated on market trends, products, and customer/distributor needs.Maintaining strong market presence through regular customer interactions.Collaborating with various departments to turn commercial opportunities into solutions and resolve product issues.Acting as a technical liaison between customers, distributors, and Viscofan.Monitoring competitors' activities.Ensuring smooth communication with the sales manager and customer service teams.Contributing to the Technical Support Group's knowledge base by creating materials on market applications, new products, customers, and machinery.Organizing product promotion activities, including client seminars and visits to Viscofan centers.Occasionally attending trade fairs, workshops, or conferences as an attendee or speaker.Visiting machinery suppliers, additive suppliers, or complementary sector manufacturers.Requirements:A technical degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel frequently.Proficiency in English and at least one other regional language (French, Italian, German).Proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.Benefits:Viscofan offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Why Join Viscofan:Viscofan offers an extraordinary working environment with advantageous conditions and the possibility to develop your professional career at all levels of the organization and in countries worldwide.Viscofan is an equal opportunity employer.
