We are currently seeking a Native Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Greece.

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and experiences to drive improvements.
Contribute to developing effective customer service processes.
Requirements Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
