Descripción de la ofertaEn Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Coworking Consultant para formar parte del equipo de Savills Flex basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.
Funciones:
Coordinación de acciones comerciales con el equipo de marketing con el objetivo de captar nuevos clientes desarrollando un plan comercial personalizado para cada espacio de coworking.Seguimiento semanal de todas las actividades comerciales.Asesoramiento a lo usuarios, aportando nuestro conocimiento y expertise.Ejecución y cierre de las demandas recibidas, manteniendo una estrecha relación con los diferentes espacios de coworking.Gestión de las oficinas de coworking, supervisando los equipos, incluyendo la incorporación y formación de las nuevas incorporaciones.Elaboración de KPI's para el análisis de datos y el control del rendimiento.Presentación de informes mensuales de OPEX, CAPEX y KPI's a clientes incluyendo recomendaciones de mejora.Gestión de las operaciones diarias, incluida la contratación de servicios externos, como el mantenimiento, la limpieza y los sistemas informáticos.Relación estrecha con otros departamentos internos de Savills con el objetivo de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia realizando funciones similares al menos los últimos 2 años.Dominio del Paquete Office.Nivel alto de inglés.Persona dinámica, trabajadora, metódica, eficaz, con dotes de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, orientación al cliente y comprometida con los resultados de la empresa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
