Your responsabilitiesTraining Sessions:
Lead dynamic and results-driven strength and conditioning sessions for groups.
Design and implement comprehensive training sessions and programs.
Conduct group training classes ranging from strength training to cross training and calisthenics.
Members Care
Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, fostering an empowering training environment.
Establish rapport with members to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a rewarding experience.
Box Ownership
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting training space conducive to wellness and growth.
Promotion and Marketing:
Assist in promoting strength and conditioning services to attract and retain members.
Role's requirementsCertified strength and conditioning coach with valid ROPEC registration.
We value relevant certifications such as Sport Science degrees, CAFE or TAFAD, and Crossfit or other strength and weightlifting certifications.
Experience teaching a variety of group training and movement classes, including strength, cross training, and calisthenics.
Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with members. Catalan appreciated.
Passion for fitness and empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
Job detailsSalary: a competitive compensation on a freelance basis, with rates determined by the number of sessions scheduled.
Starting date: June 2024
Our benefits for youInner Flow Studio will provide the freelance with the class schedule for the following month 15 days in advance. If this schedule is not provided, both parties agree that the schedule for the following month will be exactly the same as the current month's schedule.
