Your role As Customer Service Coordinator , in this role you'll provid e customer top-class dedicated service support to our customers and will answer moderately complex customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, in this role, you'll be responsible for: Registering orders in the management system (ERP JDE Edwards & SAP4) ensuring their reliability, since these orders are the basis for the start of the relationship with the client and the beginning of the work of the production chain.
Maintaining permanent contact with both the factory planning area and the client, being the link between both to define availability and delivery dates.
Resolving customer queries regarding order tracking, delivery times, delivery requirements, advances, delays, changes in the order configuration, queries in the documentation, etc.
Managing order dispatching, organization of release and delivery of goods to site, export & customs, preparation of documentation, etc.

Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience as Customer Service Specialist in an international environment Very good command of ERP JDEdwards & SAP4 High proficiency in Spanish and English (C1) Residence within commuting distance from our manufacturing plant in Montilla (Córdoba) Valid EU work permit We are also willing to consider applications with a Vocational Education diploma in Language Translation paired with some experience in administrative roles.
Although not strictly required, a good working knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
