FuncionesPlanificación de Obras: Gestionar la construcción de nuevas instalaciones, colaborando con proveedores y contratistas.Control de Proyectos: Supervisar plazos, costos y calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas y de seguridad.Instalación y Mantenimiento de Equipos: Coordinar la instalación y mantenimiento de maquinaria para un óptimo rendimiento.Colaboración en Mejoras: Trabajar con el equipo de ingeniería en el diseño y ejecución de mejoras en los procesos de producción.Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Equipo: Motivar y liderar al equipo, promoviendo un ambiente seguro y colaborativo.Planificación y Formación: Gestionar recursos humanos y formar al personal en buenas prácticas de producción y seguridad.Requisitos y habilidadesFormación: Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Electricidad o Civil).Experiencia: Más de 5 años gestionando proyectos similares.Habilidades técnicas: Valorable manejo de AutoCAD.Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado.¿Por qué Agróptimum?Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
