**Tus tareas serán**:

- Responsable de los servicios generales (SS. GG.) y máximo responsable de la calidad de los mismos.
- Máximo encargado de controlar la construcción, adquisición, suministro y mantenimiento de todos los edificios y oficinas alquilados.
- Gestión de los edificios y sus servicios, tanto de mantenimiento (servicio de vigilancia, limpieza...) como de las actividades (comedor, catering para eventos...)
- Aseguramiento de que todos los medios y sistemas de los edificios funcionen de manera eficaz y segura.
- Se asegurará del control de trabajo de los contratistas.
- Garantizará la integración de procesos de la empresa para mantener y desarrollar los servicios acordados que mejoren y respalden la efectividad para que los empleados puedas realizar su actividad adecuadamente.

**Pensamos en ti como una persona con**:

- Grado en Ingeniería, Económicas, LADE, Arquitectos o similares.
- Experiência en gestión de alquileres, impuestos, gestión de la propiedad, registro y control del estado de los inmuebles, gestión de seguros y pólizas (No necesario conocimientos sólidos)
- Amplios conocimientos en gestión de organizaciones y recursos de productividad.
- Mínimo dos años de experiência en puesto similar.
- Nível de inglés B2.
- Nível alto de Excel.
