As a Hostess you are responsible for creating a warm, friendly and incredible environment for the MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE guests' dining experience. Our MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE Hostess thrive on making loyal guests by taking them to their seats and presenting them with clean menus in a courteous, quick and professional manner, and greeting them with a warm and genuine goodbye. Ultimately, you'll ensure that we provide excellent guest service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests, always with a smile.Your profileFor this role, you should be people skilled and motivated to make sure our guests have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. The ideally candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality and thrive in a team based environment.ResponsibilitiesA warm and welcoming delivery while processing our valued reserved and walk-in guestsProvide accurate information and monitor waiting listsEscort guests to assigned dining or bar areaProvide menus and explain the concept to our guestsBidding goodbyeMaintain a clean reception and working areaCater to guests who require extra attention (e.G. children, elderly)Answer incoming calls and address guests' queriesAssist waiter staff as neededRequirementsPrevious work experience as a hostessExcellent customer service skills in person, in writing and in speakingAvailability to work in shifts as neededFlexible availability on nights and weekendsGood physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shiftEnglish and Spanishneeds to be spoken fluentlyInterested?Please apply with your CV, motivation and pictureMR PORTER STEAKHOUSE is a member of The Entourage Group.
