As Financial Specialist in the IT Cost Management unit of Allianz Technology you will be part of a global competence center in Allianz Technology Finance for the controlling of the IT productivity approach to continuously improve the cost position of Allianz Technology.  
Your expertise in IT cost management to control and optimize key cost drivers of the IT value chain will ensure together with Allianz Technology functions and management the identification and tracking of initiatives to achieve productivity improvements.
You will 
You will be part to ensure the financial controlling for the key strategic transformation program in Allianz Technology You will interact with Allianz Technology functions to identify and maintain saving initiatives in the central tracking tool You will analyze the performance of optimization initiatives by comparing targets vs plan and actuals/ forecast vs. plan You will support the timely preparation of all materials for regular status meetings with Allianz Technology departments and for the management board as well as for steering committees with Allianz Group You will control the overall pipeline analysis, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively looking for solutions You will support the maintenance and further development of the central cost saving tracking tool solution You will also analyze the cost categories in the IT scope, how these costs develop and what are their main drivers You will identify opportunities for optimization and savings per cost category You will create and manage reports on core KPIs driving the cost evolution on a regular basis Your skills
a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences  Experience in business finance/controlling or other relevant experience (in depth expertise of specific key cost category e.g. external IT consulting costs, HR,… in IT is a plus) Work experience for the controlling and reporting on key strategic cost improvement programs or comparable experience e.g. consulting background or responsibility for parts for an internal productivity improvement program Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields b) Skills and Competencies  Strong quantitative and analytical competency Enjoy problem solving and takes full ownership of topics assigned Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication also towards senior management levels Able to operate with remote teams Team player who knows that personal growth comes with the success of the team Advance knowledge of excel English proficiency is a must Your benefits: We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location) From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.
