We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients.And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?Who are we:We are the AI Assistant team, a project in Docplanner working on bringing cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology into the hands of hundreds of thousands of doctors all around the world.What does the AI Assistant do:The AI Assistant is an artificial intelligence tool designed to assist doctors and medical professionals in automating the note-taking process during patient consultations, organizing and summarizing key medical information.Who are we looking for:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our AI Assistant Core team.
In this role, you will focus on developing and integrating robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that directly impact millions of doctors and patients globally.Responsibilities:Integration Projects: Lead and execute complex integration projects with third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.API & SDK Development: Design, develop, and maintain APIs and SDKs to enable smooth integration with our AI assistant and other platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, UX designers, AI specialists, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.Platform & Business Cooperation: Collaborate with external business partners to understand integration needs, propose technical solutions, and implement them effectively.Core Development: Contribute to the development of web and mobile applications, focusing on both frontend and backend aspects.Code Quality & Documentation: Maintain high coding standards, write clean, efficient code, and create comprehensive technical documentation.Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve complex issues in both new and existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.What will help you thrive?Experience:Minimum of 7 years working on web applications, with a strong focus on full-stack development.Frontend Expertise:Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), with hands-on experience in Angular or Vue.Js, and TypeScript.Backend Proficiency:Strong knowledge of backend development using .NET (C#) or similar frameworks.
Experience with PHP (Symfony) is a plus.APIs & Integrations:Extensive experience in designing and implementing APIs, SDKs, and web services.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Tooling:Experience with tools such as GIT, SASS, Yarn, Webpack, and NPM.Database Management:Proficient in working with relational databases (e.G., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.G., MongoDB).Agile Environment:Comfortable working in Agile teams, with a strong understanding of Agile practices.Communication:Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills.Desirable skills:DevOps & Containerization: Experience working in a DevOps culture, with knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Healthcare Applications: Previous experience in developing healthcare applications.Scalable Systems:Familiarity with designing scalable distributed cloud systems.Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience with TDD, DDD, and extreme programming practices.Business Acumen:An interest in the business aspects of projects and a desire to understand user needs deeply.Let's talk moneyA salary adequate to your experience and skills, between 50,000 and 60,000 euros.Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you; Flexible remuneration and benefits system, which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings; Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.True flexibility and work-life balanceRemote or hybrid work model; Flexible working hours; Summer intensive schedule during July and August; 23 paid holidays, with exchangeable local bank holidays; Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary.Health comes firstPrivate healthcare plan for you and subsidized for your family; Access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee; Access to a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling.Keep growing with us20% time rule: spend 20% of your working hours on personal development related to your role; Free English and Spanish classes.We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process.
