Together let's commitJob DescriptionAs a Junior Analyst for our client's in-house IAM software, you will join our client's IAM Team helping to set up new App integrations, giving support by applying the change requests received and helping to solve any issues or incidents in our IAM service.What will you be doing?Participation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations.Participation in the evolutions of the App Integrations Model applying new business needs.Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations.Assisting the IAM Functional Lead.Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets.Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development.QualificationsWhat are we looking for?EXPERIENCE1 year of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience in IAM software administration and support.General Technical skills regarding IAM.Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Service Now.B2 English and fluency in Spanish.Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?Full-time contractSmart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home.Training and career developmentBenefits and perks such as private medical insurance, life insurance, lunch and travel cards as part of the flexible remuneration packagePossibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projectsHybrid position based in Málaga, Spain.
