Ensure seamless collaboration with the content team on animations, video production, and multimedia projects.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for all design deliverables, ensuring that the essence of the brand is captured in every project.Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and elevate the company's design approach.Creative Contribution: Actively participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creative problem-solving within the design team and broader company initiatives.Illustration & UI Design: Create captivating illustrations and visual assets for websites, apps, and digital platforms to enhance the user experience and boost engagement.Experience And Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.Proven portfolio showcasing design work across various media, including digital, print, and multimedia.Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketing and content teams.Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies and how design can support business objectives.Expertise in graphic design, illustration, and multimedia content creation.Strong understanding of branding principles and how to translate brand identity into visual content
