Starting with the project set-up, regular commercial project reviews till the commercial close down of projects. The Project Controller assures the best possible financial data quality to enable management decisions and correct reporting as well as forecasting.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Support in commercial project set-up for Project Manager and Commercial Order Processing Secure commercial budget releaseRegular reviews of all ongoing projects in the portfolio with the project manager Verification and update of forecast cost information and related risk adjustmentsVerification of billing plan to secure invoicing and project cash flowVerification and support in updating delivery dates, date of final acceptance and project close downDocumentation of progress, deviations and escalations in project log-bookSingle project reporting to portfolio reportingSupport management in any kind of project related controlling issuesSupport SBU Controlling in Forecasting and Planning in project businessFollow up of pending (final) payments by monitoring the Final-Acceptance statusYOUR PROFILE:Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years of experienceGood communication skills in English and Spanish (Required)Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your workload independentlyComfortable working with customers and solving problems.
