Your mission: TradingView seeks an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our global IT operations.
Reporting to the CIO, this role is critical in managing our IT infrastructure, driving innovation, fostering productivity and supporting our business objectives through technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Team Management
Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a global IT teamIT Infrastructure & Systems Management
Oversee global IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
Manage key systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, password managers, access management tools
Implement and manage network infrastructure, including VPN solutions
Oversee mobile device management and securityService & Vendor Management
Select and manage IT vendors, negotiating contracts for best value and security
Oversee software licensing, IT service management, and cost controlSecurity & Compliance
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards incl.
ISO27001, SOC2 and GDPR
Implement robust security measures across IT systems
Manage user accounts across platforms (LDAP, Google Workspace, AWS, etc.
)IT Support & Helpdesk
Organise and oversee IT support operations
Optimize support processes for high user satisfaction and productivity
Provide user training and support on IT systemsIt'll also be an advantage if you have experience in: Finance experience or knowledge of TradingKnowledge of TradingViewAdditional Information: This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port (Centro), offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant culture.
