.Full Time Barcelona Accommodation Other Job ID:4629Update 2024-06-05Job DescriptionAbout UsFounded in 1999 and listed on NASDAQ in 2003 and HKEX in 2021, Trip.Com Group is a leading global travel service provider comprising of Trip.Com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar.Across its platforms, Trip.Com Group integrates travel resources from industry partners and helps travellers worldwide pursue the perfect trip with exceptional travel products and services.We have four Customer Service Centres for Trip.Com established in Japan, Korea, the UK, and the Philippines, providing 24/7 customer service in 19 different languages.We have more than 30,000 employees scattered across 30 countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania, striving to expand our global markets and aiming to be the world's leading and most trusted family of online travel brands that aspire to deliver the perfect trip at the best price for every traveller.Responsibilities- Support the team with themaintenance of relationships with local hotel partners, and coordinate withother departments involved in the assigned project- Train new hotels on howto use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site- Assist in activation ofhotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage the supplier accounts- Manage whole back end ofhotels' extranet- Resolve all issuesrelating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.Participate in market and competition research- Ensure competitivenessof hotels within portfolio- Prepare business reviewreports as necessary- Co-ordinate themerchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions- Responsible for timelyand accurate delivery of content and photos for the new and existing hotels- Manage other ad-hocadministrative requests and operative tasksQualifications/Skills- Detail oriented and fastlearning capability- If you have someexperience of the Travel & Tourism Industry, that would be a real bonus forus, but the right attitude is more important- You should be fluent inwritten and spoken English & Spanish (Catalan would also be great but notessential).- Able to workindependently with minimal supervision- Dynamic, positive,proactive and a great team player- Proficiency in MicrosoftWord, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint- Legally authorized towork in Spain- Relevant experience ine-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination,revenue/yield management, etc would be an advantage- Energy and enthusiasmwith a real desire to grow and learnWhat we offer includes- Life and Disability Insurance- Ticket Restaurant- Annual travel bonus- Hybrid working available with 2 days in the office per weekWhy Trip.Com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
