.EER Poland is looking for experienced Project Manager for client who is from renewable energy industry.Your responsibilitiesWe are looking for someone to join the team of PMs implementing an investment portfolio (construction of photovoltaic farms in Romania, Portugal, Germany, Spain)Coordinating the implementation of photovoltaic farm construction projects - end-to-end.Collaboration with Management and key representatives of the Investor (Directors, legal offices, banks, investment funds)Creating and monitoring project schedules and budgets,Searching for and contracting subcontractorsCoordinating the implementation of work by teams involved in projects (designers, legal department, procurement department, subcontractors)Ongoing monitoring of work progressImplementation of tools, processes, and reports for project portfolio managementActive involvement in building new business lines, implementing processes/tools to optimize document flow/status, etc.Servicing the Investor in terms of current inquiries, providing responses, preparing reports, etc.Our requirementsMust have: 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, supported by strong references/completed projects/achievementsMust have: Based in POLANDWe accept candidates with both engineering and business experience/education. Experience in PV project management is crucial.Willingness to travel abroad - 50% of working time, depending on the project phase.We are looking for individuals with a profile and skills for efficient project management and very good communication skillsHigher education: technical, management, or finance. In the case of candidates with an economic background, there are technical support personnel in the project teamConstruction licenses for electrical or structural work are an advantage but not required.Practical experience in project coordination or a project management methodology certificate is desirable.High analytical skills
