.Lo que buscamos es…Un/a Project Manager bilingüe francés-español que lidere y coordine proyectos internacionales de productos digitales end to end, con capacidad para guiar y hacer crecer al equipo de dichos proyectos y generar una relación de confianza con los clientes en los que colabore. Queremos encontrar a una persona exigente cuyo driver sea hacer un buen delivery y generar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y retador.Responsabilidades:Responsabilizarte de la ejecución transversal del proyecto.Llevar a cabo el seguimiento de actividad, reporting, la toma de requisitos de los nuevos proyectos con cliente y asegurar el delivery.Planificar y dar seguimiento a las fases y tareas necesarias para cumplir en tiempo y forma con las necesidades de los proyectos.Gestionar el alcance funcional y técnico de los proyectos.Coordinar a los equipos técnicos de los proyectos y propiciar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y exigente que genere buenas experiencias y un alto rendimiento.Dar feedback positivo y constructivo a las personas con las que trabajes para alcanzar la excelencia como profesionales, en el producto y como compañía.Responsabilizarte del crecimiento de las personas que trabajan en los proyectos que gestiones, conocer sus motivaciones y sus habilidades, e impulsarlas al máximo.Llevar a cabo el análisis del avance y de la rentabilidad.Relacionarte con cliente de forma frecuente y directa, convirtiéndote en su partner.Tener un papel activo en el desarrollo del negocio de Garaje, siendo capaz de levantar oportunidades comerciales en los clientes con los que trabajes y participar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales.Requisitos:Necesitamos que tengas experiencia en:Gestión de proyectos de producto digital E2E, gestionando equipos multidisciplinares de Diseño, Digital analytics y Tecnología, y creando experiencias, servicios y productos con impacto para grandes clientes.Proyectos en francés, puesto que tendrás que interactuar con stakeholders en este idioma.Gestión de proyectos de gran envergadura (500K, 1M).Gestión de equipos de más de 5 personas.Manejo de la suite de Office (Excel y Powerpoint) y Google Drive.Proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles.Herramientas de gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de backlog como Trello, Jira, etc.Deseable:Tener certificaciones de las metodologías de gestión con las que trabajas (PMP, Professional Scrum Master, etc.).Hacer gestión remota de proyectos y de equipo deslocalizado.Gestionar proyectos en inglés.Cultura de la empresa:En Garaje nos gustan las personas que se enorgullecen de su trabajo, dan lo mejor de sí mismas, se divierten siempre, son valientes y se arriesgan, aprenden de los errores y aman lo que hacen.
