Los Agentes de Cobertura pueden ser Públicos (ECAs –ej: Cesce, KSure, UKEF, Multilaterales –ej: IFC, MIGA-, Instituciones Financieras de Desarrollo –ej: OPIC-), en este caso actúan por cuenta y orden de sus estados correspondientes; o bien, Privados (ej: las aseguradoras privadas en forma individual o en consorcio).ResponsabilidadesSeguimiento de los Hitos de cada operación de cobertura en situación normal sobre la base de la Ficha de Seguimiento de Riesgo elaborada para cada operación.Elaboración de waiver / modificación o reestructuración de las operaciones del portafolio incluida la póliza cobertura.Gestión del riesgo operacional de las coberturas, lo que incluye:Gestión del Archivo Centralizado.Elaboración de informes de Seguimiento/Monitoring y comunicación interna entre departamentos involucrados en la gestión de una misma operación.Adicionalmente, el equipo de Business Monitoring va a ampliar sus actuales funciones a gestionar las operaciones del área de Asset & Structured Trade Finance en las que CaixaBank actúe como Banco Agente y en aquellas operaciones bilaterales (CaixaBank es el único banco).Gestión de operaciones del área de Asset & STF en las que CaixaBank es Banco AgenteGestión y administración de la documentación de la operación (Acreditada y Pool Bancario).Comunicación y coordinación entre las partes (Acreditada y pool bancario).Gestión de la administración de la financiación en la transmisión de fondos: cobros y pagos.Gestión y administración documental de la Póliza de cobertura/Garantía, en el caso de que la operación tenga una cobertura de ECA o seguro privado.Gestión de operaciones bilaterales del área de Asset & STFGestión y administración de la documentación de la operación (Acreditada y Pool Bancario).Gestión de la administración de la financiación en la transmisión de fondos: cobros y pagos
