Job Purpose: We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer who can punch out some mean code as well as elevate the team with wisdom and knowledge.
You will be given a central role in one of our teams who work on our high-tech back-ends or our new product for the pharma industry.
Together with leadership you will, amongst other things, review your team's output, suggest and implement quality control measures, mentor your juniors and help the team lead bring the team's endeavours to a success.
Key Responsibilities: Start with straight up development and design while getting familiar with your new working environment.Be involved in the heavier decision making amongst your team, and any architectural questions that come up.Co-design APIs with other teams regularly.Participate in software architecture and review tasks.Contribute ideas on quality control, roadmap, and development processes.Skills & Experience: Fluent in .NET but enjoy challenges that involve languages, frameworks, techniques, and concerns that you may not have dealt with before.Prioritize team success and help teammates thrive.Maintain high-performance and high-quality standards.Good communicator with colleagues from different backgrounds and varying levels of seniority.Experience with content management systems, high-performance applications, and cloud is a bonus.Able to present ideas to decision makers focusing on smart business and healthy team goals.Willing to collaborate with third parties directly and educate them on Fonto's niche.Fluent in English.Life at RWS: At RWS, we're here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.
